On Pentecost Sunday, June 8th, 2025, the Catholic community at Arthur Jarvis University came together to celebrate a momentous occasion. Six students embarked on a significant journey in their spiritual growth, receiving the sacraments of Baptism and First Holy Communion. This joyous celebration underscores the university’s dedication to fostering the spiritual development of its students. The Baptism ceremony marked the students’ formal initiation into the Christian faith, while the First Holy Communion service allowed them to deepen their connection with God through the Holy Eucharist. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Very Rev. Fr. Joseph Umoh, our chaplain, for his tireless efforts in nurturing the spirituality of our students. His guidance and support have been invaluable.
